About the Original Caballero Dragon Artwork:

After placing third overall in the Gold Cup Series and being chosen as the "Rookie of the Year" in 1980, Steve Caballero had demonstrated his readiness for a professional signature model. While initially offered a simple propeller/skull nose-art graphic, he rejected it in favor of his own sketches for consideration. One of them featured a crouching dragon, which the company pursued with the help of artist VCJ, who made some adjustments before finalizing the design. The deck was debuted in December 1980 and the graphic received such positive feedback that it remained in use until 1986.

Featuring artwork by Vernon Courtlandt Johnson, the Caballero Dragon II Mens Tee boasts a screen printed logo on both the back and left chest. Made with 5.5oz of soft spun cotton jersey, this tee also includes a screen printed inside label and is preshrunk for a standard adult fit.
